Each participant joins a weekly Zoom meeting and receives a cookbook, my personal recipes and tips, helpful grocery lists, and ongoing online support in a closed Facebook group.
Each week has an educational theme:
Week 1: Prepare for the weeks ahead
Week 2: Digestion – how to optimize it and why good digestion matters (Start of sugar cleanse)
Week 3: Blood Sugar – how to keep it balanced and why the balance is important (Week 2 of sugar cleanse)
Week 4: Fats – what fats are healthiest and what they do in the body (Final week of sugar cleanse)
Week 5: Moving forward with new knowledge and new energy
